I'll date myself by saying this but I still have fond memories of the LoverBoy "album" showcasing the tight butt ine red hot pants and fingers crossed. "Get Lucky" I think the album name was. Who's with me? Anyway, here it is Friday after five p.m. and I've received positive feedback on my latest mixed tape. It was created for a friend going through a transitional phase in her relationship. It has a nice mix of slow, tear-jerker songs with some upbeat ditties sprinkled in for good measure:
Change - Kimberley Locke
When Your Mind's Made Up - The Swell Season ("Once" soundtrack)
True Colors - Phil Collins
Passionate Kisses - Mary Chapin Carpenter
In My Life - Roddy Frame
White Horse - Taylor Swift
Signed, Sealed, Delivered - Stevie Wonder
Rock & Roll High School - The Ramones
This Woman's Work - Kate Bush
Underappreciated - Christina Aguiler
I Feel Lucky - Mary Chapin Carpenter
He Thinks He'll Keep her - Mary Chapin Carpenter
Gone - Kelly Clarkson
Hot & Cold - Katy Perry
Happy Girl - Beth Nielsen Chapman
Free - Ginny Owens
Control - Janet Jackson
Promised Land - Malik Yusef with Kanye West
Enjoy. Peace out.

This is my first post.
I'm here to bring back the mixed tape. Or mixed mp3 - same thing, really.
Stay tuned. (No pun intended).
